Tom and his crew just finished installing our hardwood floors and, I would highly recommend his company. The floors are exactly what we wanted and his crew were such gentlemen. They all worked very hard and very well together. They cleaned as they worked and left with our floors looking great. Prices very affordable. Great job!

A couple months ago we had a pipe bust in our home. We have had a nightmare of an experience! No one wants to be in a hotel with 5 kids at Christmas! We were let down time and time again by painters, contractors etc. BUT Floor Concepts was AMAZING!!! They hustled and got our entire downstairs floored in just enough time that we could come home for Christmas! From start to finish these people were WONDERFUL! They truly care about their customers and it shows! They communicated when, where, and how every step of the way. They were respectful of our family and home. They were ready and willing to help from the minute we walked in their showroom! We really can't say enough about this INCREDIBLE group of people and their business! We will be using Floor Concepts when we are able to replace flooring upstairs !
